Articulation Agreements SJSU
SJSU articulation agreements are formal agreements between a transfer campus and SJSU. They define how courses completed at a transfer school can be used to satisfy a requirement at SJSU.
Ex: PH 1- Understanding Your Health (3 units SJSU) = HOC 006 – Personal Health and Lifestyles (3 units Mission College)
Please check the following link for transfer articulation requirements into SJSU.
ASSIST
The ASSIST system (assist.org) is the official statewide database and online resource that shows prospective California transfer students how courses they complete at a community college may be used to satisfy elective, general education and major requirements at a CSU or UC campus.

Advising Resources
Public Health Peer Advisors
Public Health Peer Advisors (PHPA) are Public Health students who volunteer to help other students navigate their way through the major. Peer Advisors go through training each semester to be sure they are up to date on degree requirements. They are a great resource for students interested in the major and those currently pursuing a degree in Public Health. PHPA’s are your first stop for academic scheduling and course planning within the major.
Drop-in advising with peer advisors is available throughout the semester. You do not need to schedule an appointment for advising; all appointments will be first come first served. You can also ask questions via email at public.health.peer.advisors@gmail.com
Advising hours are listed here: https://sjsuphpa.weebly.com/advising-hours.html
